The hotel is absolutely stunning. We had 2 suites and they were both spacious. The staff was extremely helpful and responsive, very gracious, and the hotel is walking distance from the Old City. To make it even more convenient there is a huge mall attached to the hotel.

Better room than the one i had during the previous days and an AC that was working correctly. Room was in a better shape than the other one.
I can only point out that the breakfast staff is the most motivated and passionated team there.
Still NO Invoice!!!!!! They refuse to issue invoices, which i have never experienced at any other hotel in the world. Staff told me that this are internal hotel policies. I call it BS!
