I know the hotel since a long time, when it was still under a different name. It is very large and comfortable, with friendly staff and all required facilities. It lies slightly outside Erfoud, which has advantages for calm nights. I was delighted by the welcome snacks, fruits, and free bottled drinking water.
Some parts are getting old, for example in the bathroom, where the shower had difficulties to keep a constant temperature. The hotel is an interesting place when full but gets the charm of an empty airport hall on nights with few customers. Deespite this, it is recommended but somewhat too expensive in relation to other hotels of the region.

The hotel itself is magnificent and harks back to a long-gone era. It was spacious but does need a little bit of a makeover. All the staff made our two night stay one we will remember.
It is a little like stepping back in time and very cold in the winter but this does not detract from the overall historical ambience of the hotel
