Quiet room (so rare in Indonesia). Good location, walking distance to the train station and Malioboro, with an Indomaret nearby. Comfortable, enough plugs for laptop/phone. Good WiFi.
Smoking room, although I specifically asked for non-smoking. They do good cleaning, but smoke got into everything, so it feels a bit stuffy. Weak aircon, it works almost ok but I'm still sweating during the day, and the unit shuts down occasionally. No water in the bathroom at one point, black water when it came back, sink doesn't drain.
All relatively small issues, not deal-breakers.
