We loved the facilities, we went to serenity for the 1st 3 nights of our honeymoon. They made a special happy honeymoon decoration in the room which was a nice touch. We hiked, saw wildebees running next to us, there were loads of butterflies, and the forests were beautiful. The staff were friendly and amazing, especially Temba! He made us feel like we were spoiled. We are vegetarian, and they made sure we had options. I would highly recommend serenity if you wanting to relax, reset and be spoiled!
We would choose the lakeview unit upstairs next time, as being at the bottom, you can hear creeking and footsteps above😄

What a magical place. Absolutely beautiful location. Room was big and well appointed with spectacular views of the forest and river. Food was really excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Temba and Karabo.
Nothing.
