Liked the communication with manager Veronica. Made things quick and simple. Local surfboard renting and lessons for the little one were great. Harley, your local surf master and fishing and boat guide is also superb. The property is nice and upkept. Can play some family soccer by the pool. Has a bit of a hotel feel though. For surfing the beach 5 walking minutes away is safer. Otherwise you are almost on the beach (with a quiet road crossing).

BEST location in all of Pavones! The condo felt like a luxury home. Great kitchen too, so I recommend bringing groceries and having dinner on the veranda at night. Pool was amazing - you could float at the edge and see the surf! And last but not least, the staff was SO attentive!!
There was nothing we didn’t live about this property and will certainly return!

beste Lage in Pavones mit aussergewöhnlicher Aussicht und allerbesten Pool in CR mit 25 meter Bahn ;-)) Sicht aus dem Schlafzimmer direkt auf das Meer. Veronique von der Rezeption war sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.
