Perfect location. Amazing view. Wonderful staffs.

Wish they had more food choices 😋

This is a beautiful place with stunning views, surrounded by wonderful nature. Everything has been thoughtfully designed to create comfort and appeal to all the senses. The beds were comfortable, although a little squeaky, everything was clean, and we were very happy with our choice. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, supportive and service-oriented. I cannot remember all their names, but I do remember Ama. You can rely on her to find and organise almost anything you need. Even if you arrive without a plan, she will have plenty of suggestions to help you make the most of your time. The gentlemen serving us were also always ready to help and were consistently warm and kind. We genuinely enjoyed our stay. I would happily return if visiting Kandy again and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Although the staff were always helpful and willing to organise activities and transport, I would advise future guests to compare prices independently before accepting the proposed option as the best or most cost-effective deal. At times, the prices offered felt higher than necessary, which left a slightly uncomfortable impression. I would encourage the hotel to be more transparent and competitive when recommending or arranging these services. (2) I would also recommend reducing the amount of chemicals used in the pool, if possible. I appreciate that keeping a pool clean in this environment is challenging, and I saw how carefully and thoroughly it was maintained. However, the water felt quite harsh on the skin.

This hotel was perfect, I had a wonderful room with a balcony that overlooked the grounds, pool & mountains. I was so impressed I moved my plans and booked an extra night. Next time I’m in the Kandy area I will 100% be back to stay. The food was delicious and the staff were lovely.

We had a very pleasant stay at Elegant Hotel and left with wonderful memories. First of all, we would like to mention the beautiful surroundings and stunning mountain views. The hotel has a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for enjoying nature. We had a difficult travel situation: due to an airline flight rescheduling, we arrived one day later than planned. Despite this, the hotel staff kindly helped adjust our booking dates without any financial loss, which we truly appreciated. The staff were exceptional — very kind, friendly, helpful and genuinely caring. They were always in touch with us while we were still in Russia, answered our questions quickly, and helped us organize our trip. We also received a very warm welcome upon arrival: welcome drinks and beautiful flower garlands, which immediately made us feel special and welcomed. As an additional surprise, we were upgraded free of charge from a Deluxe Room to a Super Deluxe Room, which was incredibly kind. We would also like to thank the hotel for arranging airport transfers and transportation to our next hotel. This was especially helpful because the hotel is located in a less obvious area, where arranging regular taxis independently can be difficult. In addition, the hotel organized a private full-day tour around Kandy by car at a reasonable price, which was very convenient and enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious, and overall the hotel atmosphere felt warm, peaceful and welcoming. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for beautiful scenery, tranquility, and truly caring hospitality.
