Everything was absolutely top organized, clean, full equipment in the house, great location, amazing vew with a nice private Terase, Manager Georgio was so nice, professional and very kind and helpful - just a pleasure to be there. I had amazing time. Thank you!

We had a very pleasant stay in Modica Terrace to the extent that we regretted planning only two nights there. The house is very characteristic with its stone walls and and complementing ambiance. The most impressive part of it, however, is the terrace that has an amazing view over Modica. We spent the day on the beach, which was about 20 minutes by car, and the nights in an amazing restaurant that the hosts recommended (Osteria dei Sapori Perduti), the old town, and our beautiful terrace! Overall, it was an excellent stay & experience, and we look forward to visiting it again!

the house and the terrace are amazing, beautiful view of Modica old city only 3 minutes from Duomo di San Giorgio!! Inside the house you can find anything you may need (hairdryer, iron etc). The lovely host, Sandra picked us up from the bus station and helped us to carry our bags there, she even drove us back to the bus station at check out. Super polite she explained everything in the house! Totally recommended!! <3
