Pretty much everything, location & facilities
Someone came in to change the towels once, changed the bedding in 2 bedrooms but left the other one. Only cleaned one bathroom. Staff not the friendliest at the office. Office was closed when we arrived on a Saturday lunchtime, it was actually closed all day. Luckily I managed to give a code to collect the key from outside the office with a map. It's like a maze in Old Village & for what we paid, somebody really should have shown us to our accommodation. Other people in our party, who were with different letting agents in the Village, were shown to their accommodation & helped with their luggage.

We all loved the property as it was in Portuguese style. Clean. Serviced. Had everything air con, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker. Loved the terrace upstairs for breakfast and the patio for evening.
