Located perfectly
Having to go to the port and then wait for keys were unable to drop luggage off at Vila so meant more taxis and upheavals from airport

The location. The lounge area. The garden.
The fact it was not child friendly. The upstairs bathroom was very dated.
Hot water not always working.
No cots on arrival.
Pool had algae in it.
