Pension Laa Natura

Wir hatten eine top ausgestattete, moderne Suite im Erdgeschoß. Das Bad war modern, geräumig, sehr sauber, alles vorhanden! Im Wohnzimmer gab es einen Kühlschrank, das hat uns sehr gefreut☺️ Die Lage ist wunderbar, die Therme Laa ist in der Nähe der Unterkunft (ca. 10 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen, oder 2 Min. mit Auto). Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kleiner, sehr feiner Frühstückraum. Tolles Frühstück! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

Wirkt größtenteils gepflegt, Zimmer sind groß, Betten sehr bequem, Kaffeemaschine am Gang jederzeit benützbar, großer Balkon bei den Zimmern im 1. Stock

Frühstück leider erst ab halb 8, zu spät, wenn man beruflich am weg ist, ein Stuhl am Balkon war komplett zerstört, der hätte ausgetauscht bzw. einfach entfernt werden können, die Duschen sind bei den Badewannen integriert, was nicht weiter schlimm wäre, wenn der Schlauch länger wäre, ich bade nicht gerne und musste bei 1,75m in die Knie gehen. Der Wasserhahn am Waschbecken war defekt, der Wasserstrahl kam mit 1000Bar heraus, sodass immer alles nass war. Das sind meiner Meinung nach aber alles Kleinigkeiten, die meinen Aufenthalt jetzt nicht sehr beeinträchtigt haben.

Krásný, čistý a moderní pokoj i celkově penzion. Pokoj byl s balkonem, kde byl i sušák, což se u termálů hodí na sušení plavek atd. Obrovská postel, kde jsme se v pohodě vešli i s batoletem. V horním patře je společný prostor s hračkami pro děti a kávovarem, kde si můžete kdykoliv udělat zdarma kávu. V penzionu byl klid, nebylo slyšet, že by tam bydlel někdo další. Snídaně byly moc dobré, personál byl příjemný, ve všem vyhověl. Zkrátka super ubytování, kam se určitě někdy s radostí vrátíme 😊

We stayed for three nights to visit some sites and Heurige in the Weinviertel. The location is okay in the middle of some of these destinations. Breakfast was nice.

Location: Except for the Therme Laa, there was nothing of interest in this town, and as we did not visit the Therme (and don't plan to go there for our next trip to the Weinviertel), there is truly no reason to stay in Laa. We booked this hotel without realizing that. We arrived on a Tuesday and there was only one restaurant open in town. Some other places should have been open according to Google, but these opening hours have not been updated for quite a while, so better double check and call the place before you walk to restaurant which in the end happens to be closed. Hotel: We asked for a crib during our reservation process on Booking and got two standard e-mails (some days apart) that our message was received and that we will hear again from them soon. In the end, we got an e-mail the day before our arrival, the day we planned to call the place about the crib. Anyway, they let us know that the crib will be ready. After our arrival, we got the keys and went to our room...without a crib. So I went back to the front desk and asked about the crib, the receptionist told me it said on her list that the crib should be in the room. Well, it wasn't, which wouldn't have been a problem, but a good host (at least in ourn opinion and that's how we experienced it so far) should wait until his guests are out sightseeing or whatever and bring the crib in while they are away. A lady knocked 20min ish later and asked if it was okay to bring the crib, which was already standing right in front of the room, but, as my wife was breastfeeding I told her "no, not at the moment". However, she was already standing in the door and was amazed that I didn't move, so she felt the need to tell me that she is the owner. I didn't move and told her again that it was not a good moment, so she asked me if we didn't need the crib. I told her, we still need it and that she could bring it in later.
