Nice apartment, couch was uncomfy to sleep

Next to the ski slopes. Nice kitchen.

The real ski experience

Well, to be honest, what i did like was not related to the apartment itself, but to the location. The ski lift is just behind the house, you can literally ski to the door. There is reastaurant in the house and a supermarket downstairs open each day until 5 pm (even on Sundays!). Althought we had just a single window in the apartment, the view was satisfying :-) To spend few nights there and prepare basic food is perfectly OK.

Well there is more: The apartment is small, very small for 6 adult people. One "room" is just a bigger closet - Narnia style where you cannot walk around the bed, but instead walk outside this closet and enter using different door. Rooms have no windows and ventilation. The kitchen has too little equipment to cook a dinner. My companions complained their mattresses have been worn out - this is unacceptable as quality mattress is the most basic thing customers pay for. Good sleep is a must. And perhaps this is just my subjective feeling, that the floor has not been cleaned for a long time..

the location was excellent, the nearest ski lift is just behind the building the restaurant in the 3rd floor was very comfortable for dinners , and the food was delicious Sabriana was very helpful, and easily reachable

we stayed in one of the ground floor apartements. we had water running problems with the smaller bathroom connected with the master bedroom which also created bad sewer smell mainly during the night. I texted Sabrina as soon as we realized it and she took care of it by sending her staff to fix it in the next day. we really appreciated her fast help, even so the smell unfortunately didnt disappear completely.

I like the location and guest cards. There are nice hiking and couple of activities for children. The support of the stuff was excellent . Thanks the Lady our stay was wonderfull.

A perfect location, just near the lift. The room was comfortable.

The ski depot is on the ground floor while the lift on the third floor so every morning you need to go stairs up with skis. There where some issues with equipment. Fortunately they was repaired reasonably fast.

Perfect location for family ski vacation!

The location of the house cannot be better, it's literally 5m next to the ski lift. There is a small shop nearby for groceries, it has all that you could need, also a shop with ski equipment, ski school, restaurants, bars...

Only 2 details to improve - the apartment is nicely done, but it could use a few more details that could make the staying more comfortable. For example, some shelves or hooks on the walls (living rooms and bathroom) so you can put some stuff. Few more dishes and bowls (bigger ones) in a big apartment where a lot of people are staying. And in the end, to respect the checkout time by clearly informing new guests when can they arrive. We have been literally pushed out with small children and a lot of stuff before the official check-out time.

Excellent location

Excellent location, right on the slopes, 2 steps away from the grocery store, restaurant and sun terrace on top floor of the apartment building, elevator to get to the top floor that has an exit directly to the slopes. There’s also a ski depot on the ground floor and private parking (though not covered in case of snowfall) The apartment is comfortable and nicely devorated, relatively well furnished and spacious (we booked a 3-bedroom apt for 6 people), 2 bathroooms, balcony and mountain view. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. We will surely return!

We booked an apartment for 6+2, which includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 with bath, 1 with shower). The master bedroom is spacious, but the 2 other rooms are very small, especially the one with bunk beds, which is more like a pod than a room. These 2 small rooms also don’t have any windows so the air is very stiff and dry. The (open) trash bins and recycling bins that were placed on each floor were not emptied often enough and were way too full, and there was trash around them, but when we brought this to the attention of the hotel staff they sent someone.

Perfect location in beautiful Nassfeld

Excellent location. The Plus card was a great benefit, we used it for a number of cable cars. Everything was close by, some really pretty trails and hikes. The small supermarket next door is useful to buy food for breakfast. The host Sabrina is very helpful.

The position of the dining table in the kitchen was not practical at all - you could barely squeeze in to prepare meals or open dishwasher. On the other hand there was a lot of empty space in the middle of the living room where the dining table would fit nicely.

Ms. Berger is very accommodating and helpful with all our requests and issues. My son lost his pass, a replacement was provided. We left our card key in the apartment very late at night, someone came and gave a new one. Great location, ski lift is just behind. Unlimited pass to ride cable cars is included in the accommodation. Apartment has complete kitchen

Apartment could use some updating, furnishings are dated although still charming. There are two sinks in the bathroom, one is clogged, the other one only gives hot water.

Pályaszállás, minden közel van ami sieleskor fontos.

A felszereltség hiányos, egy darab talka volt, amiben műzlit lehetett enni, a takarítás kissé felszínes volt, az agy alatt nagy porcicak figyeltek. A szemetes vödör koszos volt, nem volt mosogatószer, amivel a pultot le lehetne torolni, felmosó sem.

Bilo bi 10 da je čistoća bila bolja

Blizina žičare(100 m) , parking ispred smještaja, grijana soba za skijašku opremu, restoran Remo. Ljubazno osoblje na check in i check out.

Čistoća apartmana je bila loša. Molim vlasnika da se potrudi oko ove stavke jer je stvarno šteta da takav smještaj radi toga dobija niske ocjene.

Ugodan apartman na savršenom mjestu uz ski stazu

Apartman je odmah na skijalištu uz stazu i sedežnicu gdje se mogu kupiti ski karte. Ključevi se pokupe u Hotelu Berghof koji je udaljen od objekta 300tinjak m. Gospođa na recepciji je bila vrlo ljubazna i dala je sve bitne informacije. U sklopu objekta postoji grijano odlagalište za ski opremu. Apartman je dobro opremljen svime što treba za pripremu hrane. U blizinu apartmana se nalazi trgovina s namjernicama koja radi od 8-17h. Kupaonica je prostrana i opskrbljena sapunima i šamponima za kupanje. Osiguran je besplatan parking uz objekt. U blizini objekta se nalazi par lokala i restorana.

WC je imao čudan miris po mokraći i pod u apartmanu nije baš bio čist kad smo došli. Zidovi su tanki pa se sve čuje iz hodnika i drugih apartmana ukoliko su oko vas glasni gosti kao što su nama bili. Grijanje reguliraju vlasnici i gase ga popodne tako da temperatura u apartmanu navečer padne što je bitno ako duže ostajete budni. Krevet se nalazi u improviziranoj spavaćoj sobi koja je pregrađena knaufom tako da je prekratak za malo više ljude. Jastuci baš nisu bili udobni.

Schöne geräumige Wohnung

Schöne, geräumige Wohnungen für Familien. Der Schlüssel holt man im Hotel Berghof. Der Sessellift war genau hinter dem Hotel. Der Supermarket daneben. Im Hotel Berghof oder in der Pizzaria auf der italienischen Seite can man gut esses.

Un passo in Austria

L'appartamento ha degli spazi ben distribuiti. È accogliente. È fornito di tutto il necessario. Anche se si decide di utilizzare la cucina ha pentole e servizi buoni, forno e lavastoviglie, bollitore e tostapane, microonde, una macchina per il caffè ad infusione I materassi sono molto comodi e anche il piumone singolo che viene fornito è di qualità e molto piacevole e comodo.. Ci è stata data la card con tanti servizi gratuiti inclusi, tra cui qualche piscina/ cabinovia/ seggiovia/ trenino urbano. Abbiamo raggiunto facilmente diverse passeggiate e attività sia in Italia che in Austria. È vicino al lago di Pramollo che è veramente incantevole nella sua semplicità. Ha vicino un parco giochi molto bello per i bambini, un supermercato con il necessario chiuso la domenica, vicino al varco del confine c'è anche un piccolo distributore automatico che ha pane fresco/uova/ latte. Gli appartamenti si situano in una zona dove ci sono diversi bar e alberghi, raggiungibili facilmente a piedi

La pulizia fatta era superficiale. Ed è un peccato perché con un po' più di cura l'appartamento è un luogo molto accogliente e ordinato. Da italiani mancava la Moka del caffè o una macchinetta a cialde. Vi consiglio di portarvi spesa dall'Italia se volete risparmiare un pochino perché il supermercato vicino è caro.

Località tranquilla in estate

Appartamento con balcone. Pulito e dotato di biancheria. Comodo per escursioni e con la card vacanze seggiovie gratuite. Un piccolo market per piccole spese. A mezz'ora di strada si trovano negozi e supermercati ....

Il piccolo market chiude alle 17. Se necessita qualcosa, bisogna provvedere per tempo...
