La posizione vicino al centro. La disponibilità e gentilezza della proprietaria.
La struttura ha grande potenzialità ma ha bisogno di essere ammodernata. Serve, prioritariamente, una porta d’ingresso nuova e blindata ed almeno un altro condizionatore. L’unico a disposizione in camera non è purtroppo sufficiente a rinfrescare tutto l’ambiente.

La ubicación sin duda, muy cerca del centro. Y también que hubiera ascensor.
No estaba muy limpio, los tiradores de la cocina y algunas partes del baño estaban muy sucias. La escobilla del baño..... estaba tiesa. La cama de una de las habitaciones estaba literalmente doblaba y te ibas para los lados.
