This modern apartment is approximately a 10 minute walk to the old town. It’s fully furnished and didn’t lack anything.Francesca, the manager met and showed us around. She was then available to assist if necessary during our months stay. A linen change and airport transportation were arranged.Monopoli and the sourounding areas were easily explored by public transport.Would strongly recommend to anybody looking to visit the area.

Very impressive condo; great location; easy walk to town center; always found parking; open and helpful communication with host; only negative was a problem with ants. Highly recommended!

We loved this property - it is a great location, very clean and above all Francesca is an amazing property manager!
We all agreed that we would recommend this property to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Monopoli.
