Rent in Daiano new and bright mansard on the third floor (no elevator) consists of kitchen, living room, bedroom with two single beds, double bedroom on the mezzanine, balcony with beautiful mountain views, parking.
quiet area, surrounded by green 5-minute walk from local amenities: market, pizzeria, restaurant, bank, bus stop, playground. A 5 minute drive from the ski slopes of the Alpe Cermis ski and Cavalese. Ideal for relaxing holidays with various sports possibilities: mountain hikes for all levels, mountain biking, climbing and so on. in summer; alpine skiing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing in winter.

We stayed in this flat for a week and had a mixed experience.Pros:The location is beautiful and peaceful. The house is cozy, clean, and has decent amenities. The host was kind and responsive, though a bit distant, and kindly provided some towels when we asked.Cons:The neighboring flats were occupied by smokers, and the smell of smoke was noticeable even inside our apartment upon arrival. Customer service did not help, which was disappointing, actually, after the first responses they never tried to solve the problem.The kitchen is outdated and had a strong gas smell—manageable in summer with windows open, but potentially an issue in colder months. Bed linens were not ready, and we had to search the house to find them—clearer instructions would have helped.Check-out was at 10 AM instead of the usual 11, without prior notice. We were firmly asked to leave after being just 15 minutes late, which felt a bit harsh, especially since we were traveling with a small child.Overall:A beautiful place with potential, but it would benefit from better communication, clearer instructions, and some updates for a more comfortable stay.

La sig.ra Chiara ha accolto me, mia moglie e le nostre 2 bambine n un incantevole angolo di Daiano, nella splendida Val di Fiemme. L'appartamento appena ristrutturato è comodo, super pulito e meraviglioso. È un piacere tornare dopo una giornata sulle splendide piste della AlpeCermis, consapevoli di entrare in questo magnifico appartamento. La camera matrimoniale al piano di sopra e mansardata lo rende ancor più fiabesco. Un'esperienza davvero meravigliosa. Estremamente consigliata e da ripetere. Grazie per averci dato la possibilità di trascorrere 4 giorni e 3 notti da incanto. Nicola.

Ist Italien. Heißt Handtücher mitnehmen, Spültücher mitnehmen. Ansonsten alles sehr sauber, Küche top. Wohnzimmer eigentlich nicht vorhanden. Balkon schön, Aussicht schön. Fernseher total veraltet und nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Bad schön. War auf jeden Fall zufrieden.

Appartamento funzionale,pulitissimo, ben arredato coi giusti spazi, posto auto praticamente davanti alla porta, è una mansarda al 3° piano per cui scomoda se ci sono bimbi molto piccoli o anziani, per contro si mangia guardando le montagne e la vista dal terrazzo è deliziosa. Assolutamente da consigliare

Die kleine Wohnung liegt im 3.OG. Da muss man immer hochkommen. Sie ist in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Küchenausstattung kann - für Gäste, die gern selber kochen - noch um einige nützliche Geräte ergänzt werden. Das Bad ist 1. Klasse. Sitzpolster auf harten Bänken und Stühlen würden den Komfort steigern. Der Blick vom Südbalkon ist phantastisch. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen freundlich. Das Haus ist ansonsten - was Müllentsorgung und Unterbringung von z.B. Fahrrädern betrifft - sehr gut organisiert. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig. KfZ-Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut in Ordnung. Wir empfehlen dieses Angebot gerne weiter.
