About this apartment rental
Vila Alpa is situated in a quiet area 300 meters from the beach and 1 km from the ancient town of Umag. It offers free private parking and a shared roof terrace with a free hot tub. The apartment is fully furnished in a modern style. It has a double bedroom, a full bath with shower and hairdryer, a kitchen with a microwave, a fridge with freezer, a kitchen with electric fireplaces, a living room with a sofa for two people and a table with chairs, furnished balcony, air conditioning, flat-screen satellite TV, free parking and free wifi.
Just 500 m there is the Lorenzo Italian restaurant with a choice of fish dishes, hors d'oeuvres, first courses, and desserts. Just 200 m there is the tourist train station that departs from the tourist village of Katoro and along the promenade comes to Umag center and vice versa. In the center visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, and a walk along the famous Umag Dam. For those who enjoy the gym on the waterfront, there is a free outdoors, nearby the Lorenzo restaurant offers great fish dishes. Shopping is worth a few miles to Kaufland or Plodine, which are the two most convenient supermarkets in the city.
*Pets are not allowed.
*The registration fee of €7 per person is to be paid in cash upon arrival.
* Final cleaning to be paid upon arrival €60 in cash
* Smoking is allowed on the terrace or outside, while smoking is not allowed inside.
* We ask our kind guests:
- to respect neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during afternoon rest,
- for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning when they are not in the accommodation,
- to use the accommodation equipment with caution,
- to leave empty containers and to wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- to declare to the owner any damage caused, which after a careful assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to agree on the collection of the keys.
* The accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 am on the last day of stay.
* Personalized transport is possible (for example airport accommodation, ...)
