Nice apartment near the sea on the first floor with a small balcony with two seats, ideal for young couples who want to spend their holiday in peace.
The apartment has a double bedroom with air conditioner, a bathroom with shower and sink and separate toilet with sink, kitchen with living room and sofa bed, flat screen satellite TV. WiFi (connection is not excellent) and parking near the house are free.
The beach and the beach facilities can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes.
The apartment is located in a privileged tourist area, close to the tennis courts where the renowned ATP tennis tournament in Umag has been held for years. The beach and the center of Umag are within walking distance, the promenade just 250 m. The bar by the sea where you can enjoy a tasty coffee in the morning looking at the sea, the boats anchored in the marina and those of the fishermen of Umag. The gas station at 300 m.
* Registration € 7 per person only on the first day to be paid locally on arrival.
* Pets are allowed only for small cuts up to 10 kg, supplement 10 € per day per animal payable locally on arrival.
* Guests are requested to handle the appliances with care.
* Any damage caused will be charged on the spot.
