- Super Lage - Sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter - da unser Auto zu groß war für den Duplex-Stellplatz, konnten wir es in der Nähe auf dem Firmengelände abstellen - Ausstattung enthält alles, was man benötigt, auch wenn die Benutzung des Mikrowellenkombigerätes als Backofen erstmal gewöhnungsbedürftig ist - Sehr große Wohnung

- Kein Insektenschutz vor den Fenstern, keine Klimatisierung, im Dachgeschoss sind die Fenster nur ankippbar, es war mehrere Nächte kaum auszuhalten, hatten nachts um die 28°C - Schränke teilweise kaputt

Schöner Urlaub

Die Lage ist wirklich gut. Man ist innerhalb weniger Minuten am Strand. Die Wohnung ist schön. Trotz der anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten mit der Verwaltung hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub.

Der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage ist nur für Autos bis 1,50 m Höhe geeignet. Höhere Autos passen da nicht rein. Dies sollte in der Beschreibung für die Wohnung auf jeden Fall erwähnt werden. Vor allem, wenn die Verwaltung dann für keinen Ersatzparkplatz sorgen kann. Das war wirklich sehr ärgerlich. Wir hätten die Wohnung gar nicht gemietet, hätten wir das von vornherein gewusst. Die Wohnung an sich ist schön. Leider ist die Aussicht sehr bescheiden. Aus der Wohnungsbeschreibung und den eingestellten Fotos lässt sich das nicht erkennen. Die Erwartungen wurden schon bisschen enttäuscht.
