Would recommend!

It was cosy and clean and had everything you need. We got fresh breadrolls from the bakery van every morning and it was only a 5 min walk to the beach. Great family lagoon where you can swim. Close distance to restaurants and not far from the centre. There is also a bike rental close by.

Wer Kurzfristig Urlaub braucht

Brauchten nach ein paar stressigen Monaten etwas Abstand. Aber das ging nur per kurzfristigen buchen. Hier war das kein Problem. Und selbst der Wunsch auf ein EG-Apartement war nicht zu schwer. Der gute Geist " Jan " machte auch dies für uns möglich. Er steht auch über Wathsapp für diverse Tipps gerne zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist fantastisch, da man vieles Fussläufig erreicht. Und wer nicht kochen möchte, es gibt genügend Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung. Wir werden nicht das letzte mal hier gebucht haben.

Rundum wohlgefühlt

Die Lage ist super, man braucht nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Deich und ins Zentrum der Promenade nicht einmal 20 Minuten, es ist alles Fußläufig erreichbar. Es erwartet einen eine kleine, niedliche, moderne Wohnung, die mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man braucht.

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Eine etwas größere Dusche, wäre von Vorteil für "Große" Menschen, dass zählt allerdings eher unter verwöhnt von zu Hause ;)

Eine tolle Wohnung mit Terrasse in Strandnähe

Die Wohnung hat ein sehr gute Lage und man ist schnell am Strand oder in der Stadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind per Fuß erreichbar und der Bäckerwagen war morgens in 100 m Reichweite. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist ausgezeichnet. Auf Anfragen gibt es schnelle Antworten und sehr unkompliziert auch mit Whatsapp. Die Ausstattung ist neu und alles sehr sauber.

In der Regel gibt es als 4-köpfige Familie meist nur ein Schlafsofa. In dieser Unterkunft war ein Bett im Wohnzimmer.

Einfach Klasse

Die Unterkunft lag sehr zentral zur Familienlagune. Sie war gut ausgestattet und hatte alles was man für einen guten Urlaub benötigt. Die Betten waren gemütlich und die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer war auch in Ordnung. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich und man hat einen Parkplatz genau vor d Haus. Man ist schnell zu Fuß am Strand oder auch in 10 Minuten beim Edeka um die Ecke und auch Essen gehen kann man gut zu Fuß. Der Kontakt zu Jan war sehr freundlich ,auch schon vor dem Urlaub ,und wenn man eine Frage hatte wurde diese schnell beantwortet. Wir hatten einen Balkon auf dem wir nett gefrühstückt haben. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Woche.

Der Duschvorhang war sehr anhänglich beim duschen.

Eine super Unterkunft in guter Lage.

Das Appartment liegt unweit von der Perlenbucht in guter Lage und ist mit allen nötigen Gegenständen ausgestattet. Die Parkplätze vor dem Haus erleichtern die Anreise. Der Gastgeber ist freundlich und schnell erreichbar. Ein verspäteter Check-In war problemlos möglich. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und man kann dort gemütlich entspannen.

Für uns waren die Betten zu weich, sodass wir immer eingesunken sind.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Top Lage zur Lagune…sind nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Bäcker direkt vor der Tür. Das Appartement ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und entspricht zu 100% den Bildern. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Büsum eine Reise wert 👍

Unterkunft war sehr schön in ruhiger Lage. An Komfort hat es etwas gehapert hatte schon bessere aber wir sind ja nicht zu Hause 🙂 Sehr hellhörig (leider) . Vermieter sehr nett schon vorab Kontakt. Gut war der Bäcker vor der Tür 😉 und die Bümmelbahn. Lage sehr gut 👍

Der Duschvorhang ist nicht vorteilhaft. Es fehlen Rollos an den Fenstern .

Für einen günstigen Urlaub super, Ohrenstöpsel mitnehmen!

- vollausgestattete Küche mit Filterkaffeemaschine und Küchenutensilien, Salz, Pfeffer, Backpapier vorhanden - direkt am Haus nebenan ein Bäckerwagen mit Brötchen, Croissants und Aufstrichen - Bimmelbahn hält schräg gegenüber und fährt kostenlos in die Stadt - schneller und unkomplizierter Checkin und Checkout - Das Meer und Restaurants sind nur eine Straße herunter, 5 Minuten

- man kann jede Toilettenspülung, jeden Schritt, jede Wasserhahnnutzung der Nachbarn hören tags und nachts, dadurch sind wir mehrfach geweckt worden. Privatsphäre leider gleich null. Bei anderen Bewertungen hatte ich das nicht gelesen, sonst hätten wir vermutlich nicht hier gebucht. - wir haben leider nicht das Zimmer auf den Fotos erhalten mit der hübschen weißen Terrasse mit Dünengräsern sondern eine Wohnung am Hintereingang vom Haus. Diese Terrasse war auch hübsch, allerdings überwiegend schattig und nicht das, was wir erwartet hatten

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr ansprechend und liebevoll eingerichtet. Kurzer Weg zum Wasser und Strand. Der Bäckerwagen gleich um die Ecke(7-10 Uhr) Gute Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus.

Die oberen Küchenschränke, inkl. Besteckkasten sind etwas zu hoch angebracht. Ein helles Plisseerollo im Wohn/Essbereich wäre schön gewesen. Hat der Vermieter bereits aufgenommen.

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, war sauber, alles da was man braucht. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, schon vor der Anreise hatten wir einen guten Kontakt und er hat sich toll gekümmert. Wir können das nur weiterempfehlen, kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Für unseren Kurzurlaub war das Apartment perfekt. Ausgestattet war es für uns genau richtig. Wir fanden die Lage optimal, die Kleinbahnhaltestelle und der morgendliche Bäckerwagem sind keine 100 Meter entfernt, die Familienlagune ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Perfekte Lage. 5 min. von der Familien Lagune entfernt. Bäckerwagen stand in der Nähe. Keine Minute entfernt. Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Terrasse war gut zum entspannen. Der Kontakt verlief reibungslos.Danke Jan , du warst immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit.

Nicht wieder

Bett und Bettwäsche ok, Ausstattung alles vorhanden, sauber

Auf Bildern viel schöner dargestellt. Etwas dunkel und lieblos, kamen uns vor, wie auf dem "Präsentierteller", Balkon EG zur Strasse, Bodenfliesen(dadurch hatten die Zimmer Bürocharme), Duschvorhang...das geht nicht. Allgemein alles sehr eng. Sogenannte Küchen Zeile war mini, der Schrank mit dem Geschirr hing so hoch, dass man auf einen Stuhl klettern musste. Im Schlafzimmer musste man mit Deckenlicht lesen, keine kleinen Lampen auf dem Nachttisch. Bei Anreise sollten wir die Müllbeutel in die Eimer hängen, bei Abreise die Bettwäsche abziehen und Fegen und das für 115 € pro Nacht. Wir sind nicht zur Reinigung da sondern im Urlaub, Der Vermieter sehr von sich und seiner Unterkunft überzeugt, etwas belehrend

Es war alles da was wir brauchten. Sauber, die Lage (ein Bäckerwagen direkt neben dran v. 7:00 bis 10:00 frische Brötchen) die Lagune 5 min Fußweg. Und der Besitzer der Anlage war super nett. Sofort erreichbar.

- absolut sauber - alles da, was ein Apartment benötigt - sehr freundliches Personal - ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze direkt am Haus - ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Familienlagune - saisonal ist der "Krabbenexpress" in einer halben Minute quasi gegenüber erreichbar - perfekt

"meckern auf hohem Niveau": - bis zum Hafen zu Fuß ca. 30 bis 40 Minuten - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lebensmittel) zu Fuß ca. 20 bis 30 Minuten - liegt deutlich ausserhalb der flotten Fußläufigkeit zum Zentrum - kein Kiosk oder eine Kneipe/ein Restaurant in ganz unmittelbarer Nähe ACHTUNG: diese Kritik hat nichts mit der eigentlichen Unterkunft zu tun; die war TOPP!

Klein aber fein!

Das Appartement war klein und fein. Für 2 Personen absolut ausreichend und alles vorhanden, was man so benötigt. Es war sehr sauber! Kein Schimmel, keine Spinnweben, kein Getier. Der Vermieter sehr zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir in der Nähe sind.
