La ubicación y las instalaciones. El apartamento es bastante grande y no faltaba detalle, para lavar la ropa, los platos.. todo genial La atención cuando tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente fue excelente

La entrada era a las 16:00h y nos encontramos el alojamiento totalmente echo un desastre, no habían pasado por ahí después de los anteriores inquilinos. Llamamos y nos pidiéndonos disculpas no tardo más de 10 minutos en llegar fatigado, la verdad que agradecimos la rapidez pero aún así entramos al apartamento a las 18:00h, ya que íbamos en moto pues no pudimos hacer gran cosa y perdimos un poco el día.

The location is practical near train and bus station, there is a good shopping mall nearby.

We spent the Christmas holidays in the apartment. It was cold inside during the winter. At night, it was very noisy due to traffic. My inquiries via Booking.com's messaging function went unanswered. The shower water wasn't hot enough, and the duvets and pillows had a slightly unpleasant odor. All facilities were a bit outdated. The accommodation is fine for one or two nights, but not for a longer stay. For this price, it would be better to choose a hotel with breakfast in another part of the Algarve.
