The view, the building, the rooms were excellent. there is also a big roof terrace, the upper aparment level is quite big (if you book the two roooms). Each room has a separate bathroom. we stayed for 1 night only, but could image choosing it for longer stays. The breakfast was delicious too, and the host was very friendly.
there is no perfect place, but for a one night stay, for this short amount of time, I found nothing serious that I did not like. The only one thing is, that the tiny road to get there could be missed, as google maps points to a different building, but check the google street view before, so you won't miss it.

Perfektní snídaně sladká nebo vaječná omeleta a ktomu džus o káva. Super poloha pro biking přímo u trailů a kousek od obytovaní je parkoviště pro vývozy na BASE Nato aj. Pefektní komunikace v angličtině a italštině. Velké parkování, klid a výhledy, společná kuchyně celkem dobře vybavená.
Bylo dost vedro - skoro 40 ve stínu, takže na bike výlety přes den nic moc. K pláži je to jen cca 10min z kopce, ale 40min zpět pořád do kopce, autem bez problému. Ješte obchod v Orco Feligno otevíra jen rano cca 9-12 a má nepravidelnou otevírací dobu a samozřejmě je lehce dražší s omezenějším výběrem zboží.
