Breakfast was ok. Room was clean. The receptionist who checked us in was very nice and helpful. It was brilliant that she knew english

We checked in for a long weekend because we were attending a wedding and a party the day after the wedding. We needed an iron we asked at reception she told us they didn't have one as they think a guest took it. So why was not another iron purchased for your future guests? She saw us later and asked if we managed to get one 😳 Then we had to ask for more hangers as there was only one in the wardrobe. We were there for 3 nights room wasn't made up or fresh towels given. Dustbin in bathroom was broken. And our family room was located at the side where all deliveries are made so was woken up early in the morning from vans and lorries and people talking beneath our window, even with the window closed didn't make much of a difference. Furniture outside our room was tacky brown bulky brown sofa and a broken brown chest of drawers, Although, it was nice that you had a tea/coffee facility outside the room.
