The location of the house is on the top of a small hill and the sea view is perfect. You can rest without noisy neibours. Well equiped house with everything you need.

The beach under the house is full of stones and can not be used . A very nice sandy beach is 5 minutes by car - Paloma beach bar. There is free zone around and parking on the street. But very busy in the weekend. Another sandy beaches -in Nea Peramos, but full of tourists.

Este un loc deosebit in care esti departe de aglomeratie si de forfota turistilor. Am adormit doar cu zgomotul valurior. Locatia are o curte si o terasa ambele foarte confortabile. Daca iti doresti un concediu intr-o casa care sa fie doar a ta - aceasta este! Am fost doar 4 persoane, deci am avut suficient spatiu. Poate pentru mai multe pesoane ar scade intimitatea. Terasa din vecinatate are mancare buna dar destul de scumpa. La 12 km in Nea Peramos sunt numeroase alte alternative de masa foarte gustoasa.

Intrarea in mare din fata casei este dificila, chiar periculoasa daca sunt valuri, deoarece sunt pietre/stanci si arici de mare si nu vezi pe ce calci. Evident nu se poate intra fara incaltamintea de protectie. Dar aceasta nu este vina proprietarului si are si avantajul ca tine restul persoanelor la distanta asigurand linistea locatiei. Scurgerea de la baie ar trebui modificata sa preaia apa mai eficient, asa ca am folosit intensiv dusul exterior. Ar fi necesara o etajera sau un rastel in baie.
