A very cozy apartment situated on the south coast of Madeira Island on the top floor of a condominium, completely renovated features a fully equipped kitchen. Situated in a quiet area in Matur, Água de Pena (Machico), it is located just five minutes away from the center of the cities of Machico and Santa Cruz and 20 minutes away from the city center of Funchal.
This studio will provide you a pleasant and relaxing stay where you can enjoy the ocean view in a calm and peaceful environment together with nature.

There is a double bed for two and there is also a sofa bed that can be used to accommodate two more people if necessary, a full equipped bathroom, closets on the wall for easy storage and a balcony where you can enjoy the fantastic sea view.

The kitchen is fully equipped and prepared so you can cook your own meals, it is equipped with a microwave, fridge, kettle and also a plate-stove, all other basic utensils for meals are also provided. It features free outdoor parking space, Internet access via WiFi and a flat-screen TV.

It is very close to some restaurants and bars, it has a fairly easy access to beaches, supermarkets and other facilities in the surroundings.
