It is a nice property with balconies/terrace where you can rest. The most important for me was a really clean shower without mold, which is rare. (Separate thank you for that). They have a little fan for hot days,fridge and microwave. Parking is next to the property

The room and bathroom were clean. Parking was easy (right in front if the property).

It was clean although a little sterile
Location - very poor - it is somewhere between a 35 minute and an hour's walk to town IF you can find a safe way of doing it i.e. there are no footpaths and Madeirans drive like crazy - therefore you have add on the costs fro taxis to get to and from it, etc.
Furniture is starting to show its age.
Felt that the person running the place was totally transactional, here's your room and that was it
Some of the information that she provided was wrong e.g. the avilability of buses, etc.
