Perfect location near beach, restaurants and nightlife. Great terrace (only chairs, no sunbeds). Nice host, easy communication. Lovely cleaner.
Aircondition is only in the room with the double bed, so it gets hot in the room with the twin beds. Noisy, but to be expected with the location. Minimally equipped kitchen - would be great with kitchen knives, a toaster etc. (we bought a corkscrew).

We had a fantastic stay right opposite Faliraki Beach! The room was equipped with everything we needed, including a great balcony, AC, and a fridge. The location is absolutely perfect—just steps away from the beach, amazing restaurants, and the town center. On top of that, the value for money is truly excellent. Highly recommended!

We booked very last minute around 6pm and was in room within 10mins, ✨️ Lovely clean modern apartment, fresh white bedding and towels, super comfy bed!!! Location is perfect right by strip of shops, bars and restaurants, and beach just across the road, highly recommend Steve's beach apartments 👌

This accommodation is less than 1 minute from the bus stop that takes you right into town - super convenient! clean bedroom and nice spacious deck.
A few lights in the room shone when trying to sleep in the dark- we covered as many as we could. The bathroom did get fairly soaked with water after each shower so something to be mindful of
