5* We arrived late in the day. There was a small hick-up with the air-con not working in the room, so we contacted Billy and he was up within minutes. Although he could not fix it there and then, he gave us a free upgrade to a room with a private pool for the whole of our stay and a few complimentary snacks and drinks. Could not ask for a better host, 100% will be visiting again.

5 stelle per la gentilezza del personale. Super gentili e sempre disponibili col sorriso. Buona e vasta scelta a colazione per una struttura di questo tipo.
Le camere dell’ultimo piano sono un po’ piccoline, (soprattutto la doccia) e vecchio stile ma hanno tutto il necessario.

Staff are really accommodating, friendly and kind. They helped organise taxis and told us places to go :)
The top rooms don’t have access to the swimming pool only the “premium rooms”. But other than that it was very nice
