1) Food was good. 2) Staff behaviour was good and polite. 3) Very clean hotel.
1) Room heater was charged extra, and around 2am at night spark was coming out of the heater. And I have to pay 560/- for that faulty heater. 2) Location is far from Mall Road. It is not walkable. 3) As per Manali hotel cost, price is very high. Price was almost double.
