Atendimento dos funcionários.
Degrau sem sinalização entre o banheiro e o quarto, a pedra do batente é da cor preta, uma armadilha à noite. Impossível regular a temperatura do chuveiro, muito quente ou gelado, não tem meio termo. Limpeza do quarto, o chão sujo e a varanda imunda. No banheiro do restaurante a descarga do vaso sem funcionar. Não tem mesa de cabeceira no quarto, a luz para leitura é uma lâmpada tipo lanterna de mão. Não tem lugar para guardar bagagem. Só tinha um cabide para pendurar roupa (somos 4 pessoas!)
