Café da manhã muito bom, quarto cheiroso, muito limpinho. Ótima localização de frente ao Santuário.
Por ser de frente ao Santuário na avenida principal, é um pouco barulhento, e o estacionamento não é no mesmo prédio, é um pouco longe do hotel.

O Atendimento dos colaboradores foi muito bom, o café da manha é também foi ótimo.
Quando chegamos, o único elevador não estava funcionando. Ficamos no 4o. Andar e para nós idosos não foi o ideal.

O Hotel tem uma recepção ao hóspede excelente, muito atenciosos, nos indicou restaurantes, com café da manhã excelente, os funcionários educados e muito prestativos!Indico esse hotel a todos de olhos fechados!Hotel em frente à entrada da Basílica com estacionamento privativo.Indico esse hotel à todos!

Estacionamento é muito longe. Caminhada entre camelôs "tensa" para acessar o carro. Tem que ser escoltado até o carro
