I had a pleasant stay at KSTDC Hotel. The biggest advantage is its excellent location, as it is situated inside the beautiful Karnataka Garden, offering a peaceful and scenic environment.
The rooms are clean and well maintained. However, some of the Premium Rooms(deluxe room at agoda) are not very spacious. If you are planning to book a Premium Room, I would recommend requesting Room A5 or A6, as they are comparatively better.
The canteen serves good-quality food at reasonable prices, making dining convenient and economical.
Overall, it is a very good hotel with a great location, comfortable stay, and good value for money. Highly recommended for families and tourists visiting the area.

It was a good experience of staying here for 2 nights.I have stayed earlier , however the cleanliness and food options were much better than what I had earlier experienced. We stayed in a cottage, it was clean and matched to the image. The flush was nit working and there was a drainage lag, but it was fixed by the staff. Really impressed by the helpfulness and politeness of the staff, special mention to Aswini and Rahul verma. View is amazing from the hotel as it’s situated near karanataka horticulture garden. Hotel also arranges day tour and auto to local market as per request.

Ok property. Poor breakfast, poor cleanliness. Old rooms, pathetic furniture, Location ok considering Ooty, nothing scenic though. Not worth staying for 1 night
