Hotel situated in very good green location. Room was very spacious, even bath room is above 90 sqare feet. Required basic facilities are available . Restaurant available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff is helpful

Great stay! The ambiance, location, and overall hotel experience were excellent. The only issue was the hot water supply, which needs improvement. Otherwise, everything was good. Recommended!

this hotel is situated at 2 location If you book room with garden view then only you get the room inside karnataka horticulture garden . All other rooms are at different location and you dont get to see horticulture garden . If you book this room with garden view you get unlimited free acces to karnataka horticulture garden. BF is flat dosa idly sambhar upma poha rice. But it is worth. Dinner is ok and very reasonable. I am coming back for sure.

**Disappointing Experience**
We stayed at the property for two nights and, unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The room initially seemed good, but there was a drainage issue right in front of the room, which caused a very unpleasant smell throughout our stay.
We also had all our meals at the restaurant, but the food quality was a major concern. The breakfast appeared to be spoiled/rotten and caused gastric issues for everyone in our group. The dinner was also disappointing, as many of the curries tasted almost the same despite having different names.
The room amenities were another issue. For a two-night, three-day stay, only one packet each of tea and sugar was provided, which was not sufficient.
Overall, the property has potential, but the hygiene, food quality, drainage, and basic room amenities need significant improvement. Based on our experience, we were not satisfied with the stay.
