    There are not even basic facilities like toiletries in the washroom, no hot water during the stay, only available for few hours, breakfast is decent but again basic, no restaurant for room service, no heater, no towel, no daily cleaning services, everything is on demand basis, no water bottle provided. However the location is near the main road and one can get the restaurant and shops nearby, staffs are good, they are helpful but limited to management's permission. Overall not value for money, prices are very high compared to other decent hotel's.

    Very arrogant staff Food quality just ok Very arrogant staff Anything you ask they just say no even though it was mentioned in package. Like extra bed , heater etc. After paying we need to fight for it.
