V took lunch in the resturant which was gpod

Little care for room curtains and bathroom where shower glass is required.

İt is along the highway comfortable and accesable

The carpet is dirty and Restroom smells bad

Clean, big rooms, near where we wanted to be ( university) and staff were all lovely!

Nothing.

The lobby area and corridors gave an expensive vibe. The lounge area was nice... No coffee in the room only tea!! The bathroom had peeling plaster, the towels OK no robes.. The bedroom was very big, no TV, the carpet had a lot of stains, wouldn't take much to clean it... Only 1 cheap wire hanger in the wardrobe left by somebody... There was a qr code to order food on an app, but after waiting 30 mins and no confirmation, called reception to be told oh it doesn't work... Food was OK, nothing spectacular.... Breakfast was not great, no organization, a free for all, plastic utensils that the other ladies were taking them all home.... Nobody to ask for more... The coffee shop... Went to sit on the chair and the leg that wasn't connected properly the chair gave way and I fell onto the marble floor... Was offered a cake as an appolgy.... It's a 3 star, that with a little effort on maintenance and staff customer service could make it a 4 star.
