The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was excellent and convenient for business travel. The free WiFi was reliable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was modern and welcoming.
There was nothing significant that affected my stay. If I had to mention something, it would be that breakfast options could be expanded slightly to offer more variety. Other than that, everything was excellent.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were generally friendly, especially the girls Malik and another young lady who were always helpful and kind.
I was quite disappointed with the overall lack of basic hotel services. The staff responsible for welcoming guests with coffee and dates — which should be a standard touch — were off on Fridays. There was no concierge, no ATM, no cash or currency exchange services, and no visible management presence to support the team. While the staff themselves were doing their best, it’s clear they lacked proper supervision and support.
