Apartment Mummery 1 - Central Chamonix Walk to Piste

Loved the location convenient to everything

The location of this property is second to none - especially for the price. We arrived and woke up to find ourselves right in the heart of the action both skiing and for visiting chamonix. This apartment is across the road from main high street and was full of life, character and energy. The proximity to the ski lifts was also brilliant which, for chamonix, can be difficult. We walked to the savouy lift and took this green run up to the plan praz gondola and we able to return home just as easy. it's about a 1-2 minute walk (in ski boots!). The property itself was amazing and very homely. Whoever fitted it has done a lovely job. The bedroom is spacious and the apartment is perfect for what we needed. The building itself is a bit different to usual accomodation as I believe it is shared with offices but rest assured this was not a problem! The host was possibly one of the best hosts I've ever dealt with whilst travelling the world. I physically could not think of a question to ask that wasnt already answered in their helpful guides as well and the whatsapp communication was both professional, polite and extremely helpful. Myself and my wife are blown away by how perfect this place has been for our trip! We were a couple and didnt use the sofa bed but in my opinion whilst small, it is perfectly adequate for a group of 4 also!

My one and only criticism is the speed of the wifi. We tried using it to upload videos and free up memeory card storage but it wasnt really up to it! Nonethless for general social media and video streaming it was mostly fine!

Perfect location for exploring Chamonix and surroundings. Amazing view from my window. Close to centre of town, shops, restaurants etc. Walking distance to everything. Staff very attentive in advance and throughout my stay.
