Tesisin konumu çok iyi, old town’a ve merkezdeki beachlere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Resmo’da genel bir park sıkıntısı var, limanda ücretsiz park yerleri var buraya aracımızı yoğun saatler dışında park edebiliyorduk. Tesis görevlisi güleryüzlü ve tatlı bir hanımefendiydi.
Su ısıtıcısı yoktu sadece plastik kahve makinesi vardı. Kahvaltıda içeceğimiz çayın suyunu çelik tavada ısıtmak zorunda kaldık.

La struttura è molto carina, la posizione centrale ottima, a piedi si arriva bene in centro. La camera dispone di tutti i comfort e offre un’ottima vista sul porto.
La struttura non era perfettamente pulita, però nulla di preoccupante.

La posizione è prossima alla zona del centro, e comoda per spostarsi.
Acqua calda assente, la pressione dell'acqua scadente tale da rendere difficile talvota fare la doccia, pulizia rivedibile, arredi delle camere molto datati.
