Alles bestens,sehr schöne Ausstattung, Küche voll ausgestattet, schöner großer Fernseher, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Liegt in Kelheimwinzer, Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus, Schuppen für Fahrräder vorhanden, in dem man auch e-bike laden kann. Schöne Terrasse, vormittags kommt die Sonne dorthin.
Sehr hellhörig aber ist normal für ein Holzhaus aber man sollte es wissen. Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Unter den Betten und unten in den offenen Nachttischen Staubablagerungen, Überall an den holzbalken Staubfäden, und auch neben den Schränken Schmutzecken.
