About this house rental
Private and closed urbanization, with direct access to the green areas and swimming pool. Guests of this attractive townhouse can dine outdoors, on the porch, while enjoying beautiful views of the garden and pool. Located 300 m from the beach, just 10 minutes walk through a grove of trees. Next to a natural area, with extensive pine forest and dunes, ideal for hiking and bicycle rides. The house has two floors.
On the ground floor, kitchen equipped with every detail: pod coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, etc. a toilet, living room, and very pleasant porch with views of the garden and pool.
On the upper floor, two bedrooms, a bathroom, roof terrace and terrace. The first bedroom with a 1.50 meter double bed and the second with a bed and a bunk bed, all 90 cm. Both the mattresses and the pillows are made of memory foam.
The house also has: Free WIFI, Cable TV, one 42” in the living room and another 30” in the bedroom, both Smart TVs, hot/cold air conditioning in the living room, built-in wardrobes and a ceiling fan in both bedrooms and a mosquito net. in all the windows of the house.
Large public parking area with no space problem.

Chalet, de 2 alturas listo para entrar , con todos los elementos necesarios para cocinar, piscina comunitaria, jardines, aire acondicionado, aseo y cuarto de baño, todo limpio .cerca de las playas y zona tranquila para descansar.

My husband and I enjoyed staying in this house. It is comfortable, well equipped and only a 5 minute walk to the central beach. My husband made full use of the private rear terrace which is well lit for reading and I had the lovely swimming pool all to myself every day (most of the other houses were unoccupied in late September). The grounds are very well kept. I would recommend this house.
