About this house rental

Islantilla is a great holiday destination, 2 bedroom villa in gated community, very good beaches, EU blue flag warm waters, very good golf courses, great location in one of the good golf course urbanizations. Very close to Portugal, Faro Airport is 70 km and Seville 110 km, Tavira 40 km.
The villa faces the golf course, in Urbanização Golf Playa III, one of the good condominiums of the Islantilla golf course area, is less than 250 meters from the Golf Club House, the 27 holes of the golf course allow the combination With 3 different 18-hole courses, within a radius of 30 km, there are 8 more courses that are also worth visiting, both in Spain and in the Algarve.
Beaches: The tongue of sand extends for more than 15 km, from Isla Cristina to the Terrón. The beach of Islantilla has been distinguished for several years with the blue flag, which is about 600 m in a straight line, as it is not possible to cross the golf course, the course around it is about 1,700 m. On the beach you will find 2 shopping malls on the beach, there is free covered outdoor paid parking. If you prefer more deserted beaches just choose further west or east in the area of Terrón, where the sand ends in a naturist beach.
Nearby places worth visiting, Seville just 110 km away, a magnificent city with plenty to see, I also recommend the Isla Mágica Theme Park, closer to the Doñana Nature Park, a unique park in Europe worth visiting, all the Algarvian coast, border is 27 km, Tavira less than 50 km, Casino in Montegordo 30 km
Villa Description: The house is prepared for up to 5 people, with 1 person sleeping on the living room sofa bed.
It has 2 floors:
Ground floor, the living room and kitchen very well equipped (see description in the ad) and a social bathroom with toilet and washbasin.

Upper floor 2 bedrooms (one with air conditioning) and a full bathroom with bath, toilet, bidet and washbasin.
It has a terrace with outdoor dining area. And a portable barbecue.
The house has a closed garage with space for 1 car, the others can park outside.
Rental prices already include final cleaning. Final cleaning does not include the kitchen or barbecue which should be left properly cleaned and tidy.
It is also possible to rent with bed linen and towels and beds made on arrival at an additional cost (20 € per person for 1 set of bath and face sheets and towels).
Booking Conditions:
Booking conditions are as stated on the HOMEAWAY website.
Upon delivery of the keys you must leave 300 € of the deposit, which will be returned in full at check out, provided there is no damage justifying triggering the deposit.
To check in is a Spanish-speaking lady who delivers the keys, receives the security deposit of 300 €, for the check out with the return of the keys the security deposit of 300 € is returned.
