All good and service excellent with friendly staff. Relaxed atmosphere.
Room very hot due to heatwave and window facing south. Fan was provided but air conditioning will likely become essential. Booked twin beds but only double available.

Great location with parking short walk to West Bay beach. Clean, well kept Hotel, decor is dated but in good order. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Had a couple of problems in the room, which were sorted by the time we returned later that day. Bathroom was very well thought out with lots of space to put your stuff. TV is only terrestrial stations could do with new smartTV. Breakfast was table service, the cooked full English was very good. Would definitely stay again.
All was good. You can see from the website that the decor is dated, so you are expecting that.
