About this apartment rental
Vacation Home (Registration No. 2017/4765, Code A-38-4-0001081) with two bedrooms, a separate kitchen with utility area, living-dining room, and a spacious terrace equipped for outdoor dining and sunbathing.
Ideally located right by the sea, it offers views of the ocean and the arrival and departure of boats at the Port of Los Cristianos. It is situated directly in front of the pedestrian promenade that runs along the southern beaches of the island.
At the front, there is an impressive sea view, and at the back, views of the mountains and Mount Teide.
The residential complex features large garden areas and two private-use swimming pools: a large adult pool (approximately 15 meters) and a smaller children's pool, both with gardens and showers. We will provide you with a key to access the pools.
The apartment and common areas are wheelchair-accessible and accessible for guests with reduced mobility. There are also charging areas for electric scooters.
High-speed Wi-Fi internet and a private parking space are included.
Several supermarkets are located nearby, and the bus station is just a 5-minute walk away.

The appartment was exactly as advertised. Luis ,( the host )was very informative before arrival , was contactable during our stay and gave clear instructions when leaving . Brilliant location to beach , restaurants , bars etc. The appartment was clean and fully equipped . No EnglishTV as specified .Pool area was nice. 7 people at most around pool at any one time during our stay. we would certainly stay there again.

The apartment location is very good and iit s bigger than most. The balcony is great with sun all afternoon and evening. Very clean and tidy and great reception from Mili.

It is a lovely quiet place to stay. The apartment was well equipped with everything you need for your stay the host was extremely helpful.. beautiful sea views on the front balcony and Mountain View from the rear balcony… overall we had a lovely time in the apartment….. thank you to Luis are host 🌴🌴🌴🌴

This apt. is very well located for all the amenities, from the beach and restaurants and abundance of shops. The apt. is bvery clean and we enjoyed amny a happy evening sitting on the balcony with a bottle of rioja..luis and his dad are very polite and obliging and nothing is too much trouble for them.This was my second time here and i have alreadu booked for this year and cannot waitwell recommended
