Exceptional stay

The location is absolutely perfect, putting us within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. Having free parking was a huge bonus that saved us both time and money, making the entire trip stress-free. We also loved the breakfast, which offered a wonderful variety of fresh options every morning. Between the great amenities and the cozy atmosphere, this place truly lives up to its name. The accomodation is simple. The bathroom is small and very simple - but if you don't need fancy things, you can live with it easily. Great location, free parking, good breakfast, very helpful, friendly owner and the most comfortable bed you can imagine - best choice for the budget.

Friendly and welcoming, the owner lives up to the name of the B&B! He gave us many useful tips and information. Large choice of breakfast, everything freshly baked. The accomodation is “creative”, but clean and has everything you need.

Everything was perfect. With my partner we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Damir, the administrator, is really kind and took care of all the details so that we feel comfortable. The location is very good, the parking is essential and the breakfast is abundant and can be changed every day. Thank you Damir! We can only recommend this excellent B&B. Be happy 😉

This homely gem of a B&B is run by a very helpful kind and resourceful man called Damir who solved our laundry and late night meal issues . He was also well aware of routes into old Split's attractions

Cheap and cool

Better late than never! We stayed here for one night in August during a roadtrip. - So right to begin with: Damir is such a great and funny host! He imminently made us feel at home, showed us around the neighborhood, recommended an amazing restaurant to us and brought us breakfast from the local bakery! We even good to choose what we would like! - The B&B itself was part of a former living space, now separated by a wall. But the room itself was fine, the bed was comfy we had a fridge and a clean bathroom/shower. The location is also pretty good, it is a quiet area only around 20 minutes from the busy old town. For a night it was completely fine and us said, Damir is just such a sweet host! Parking space in front of the house is also great and secured! Greetings from Austria and Danke, Damir! Annine :)

Excellent for a short stay in Split!

I was very happy with this accommodation. Basically had an apartment to myself with tiny bathroom and a lot of space. Decent bed and pillows, everything super clean! The host Damir is a great guy and he explained everything and really took care. Was recommended a great local restaurant (Stare Grede). Great thing is good price, which in Split is hard to find, especially for a solo traveler. Breakfast was really nice with pre order choices. Old town was 10-15 minutes walk, which was absolutely fine. Convenient location for local bus 37 to airport, goes every 20 minutes but takes an hour.

No complaints at all, would stay again when in Split!

Amazing experience

B&B Be happy stays true to its name. The owner, Damir, is extremely helpful, friendly and kind. Traveling to Croatia was our first trip as a family (we have 11months old daughter) so I was very nervous about pretty much everything but Luxas helped us with all of the arrangements (like getting a taxi with a baby seat, booking bus tickets, providing us with the baby crib) so everything turned out to be very easy and smooth! We are very grateful that we decided to book a room at this place and we will recommend B&B Be happy parking to everyone who is traveling to Split!

Economical B&B with clean and adequate facilities

The double bed room was spacious with two king size double beds wrapped with clean sheets and comfy pillows. The breakfast was freshly cooked and served in room, and had a lot of options which the host even allowed me to mix. Tea and coffee were provided in room. The host was quite helpful, informative and hospitable.

The property can be accessed by walking 20 minutes, partly uphill, from the bus station/ferry port. The AC was fitted in the bathroom attached outside the room and so it took a long time for the room to cool, wasting a lot of energy at the same time. The shower in the bathroom had a very slow flow of water.

I liked that host was friendly and explained how everything works and where to go. And I liked my privacy, the contact with host was minimal and at the same time all necessary things were organized. Everything was well planned how to serve me as a visitor. Breakfast was tasty, fresh stuff from nearby bakery
