Convenient location and spotless studio, but noisy surroundings

The studio is in a very convenient location – close to both the beach and the center of Keramoti. It was extremely clean and well-maintained. The host, Julia, and her son were very kind, welcoming, and attentive, which made our stay feel personal and pleasant.

The studio is on the ground floor and lacks privacy – people walking on the street can easily see inside. It was also quite noisy: from passing cars, from neighbors (one night there was loud music until 2 a.m.), and the next night from a beach bar that had a party until 4 a.m. This made it difficult to rest, and we decided to leave earlier than planned, even though we had booked one more night. The description says the room has a sea view, but in reality, the sea cannot be seen from it.

Excellent in every way ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had an excellent week here, our host was absolutely fantastic, she did her best for us. A transport was waiting for us at the airport and we were greeted by our host upon arrival at the studios (she was also ordering a taxi for us to the airport on our last day). The apartment was clean and well maintained, we had everything to feel comfortable. The location of these studios are excellent, very close to the beach (i'd say like 50m) but also close to the restaurant, supermarkets or to the ferry (if you would like to visit Thassos). We are really grateful for all your effort to make our holiday outstanding, we hope we'll see each other soon.

We had a wonderful stay at Studios Ioulia! Perfect location right by the beach, and the apartment was very clean and had everything we needed- great value for the price. In addition, Ioulia was so kind and welcoming and helpful with local recommendations. Would love to come back! Keramoti is a great hub where you can enjoy the amazing beach, good selection of restaurants, and close access to Thassos and Kavala.
