Anemos Apartment

Всичко ни хареса: близо до плажа, магазинът на 20 м., има всичко необходимо за приготвяне на обяд, имаше и кафе , захар, просторно и спокойно. Топло посрещане, получихме комплимент - бутилка хубаво вино! 🥰 🥰🥰

The host was very kind and responsive. He came at the appointed time to give us the keys to the apartment, so there was no unnecessary waiting. The apartment is perfectly located, very close to the beach, and extremely spacious. It has two terraces – the larger one is very roomy and ideal for relaxing after sunset. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils, and enough space for a family of four, even five (we only used the large sofa, which was enough for two children; the smaller one was not needed for sleeping), of course if the children are young. We were warmly welcomed, and the host even gave us a gift – a bottle of wine. Overall, our impression of the stay was good.

Despite the positive aspects, there are some minor drawbacks to the apartment, namely: the kitchen and sofas are worn from use (there are no stains or holes in the upholstery), but this does not prevent them from serving their purpose. Unfortunately, the bathroom does not have an opening window, which prevents proper ventilation. As a result, there is mold on the joints of the non-opening window and some spider webs around the boiler. This is, in fact, the one place that most needs repairs. We reported three issues to the host: weak water flow from the shower due to a leak from it, a malfunctioning remote control for the TV, and occasional electricity cuts when energy consumption increased. I assume all of these have already been fixed and will not be a problem for the next guests (I hope so, as they did spoil the otherwise good impression during the stay). For us, one of the biggest problems occurred on the last three or four evenings – the noise. The apartment, more precisely the parents’ bedroom, shares walls with the neighboring property in another building. In that property, there were some “people” who made a considerable amount of noise until around 12:30–1:00 a.m. This is something I do not blame the host for, but unfortunately it did negatively affected the last nights of our vacation. The most significant drawback that I must mention was the cleaning. During our nine-night stay, we did not notice the apartment being cleaned even once. This is the first time this has happened to us, regardless of where we stayed. The only thing done in terms of hygiene was changing the sheets and towels on the fourth or on the fifth day of our stay. I find this unacceptable, especially when we have paid €150 per night. In conclusion, the overall feeling of the stay is good, but based on the property’s description and photos on Booking.com, as well as the nightly rate, we expected much more.

The apartment has a great location, very close to the beach and also walking distance to the city center and ferry dock, we had such a beautiful holiday here! It is exactly as shown in the presentation, exceptionally clean, wonderfully designed, great lighting, and comfy, with all facilities and more than we expected. Our host, such a wonderful lady, very welcoming and communicative, very prompt if we needed any help. Thank you so much again for everything, we wish to return as soon as possible!
