Ye Olde Cheshire Cheese Inn

The location was fantastically,Parking very easy in a small carpark opposite the property.

There was nothing to dislike.!

Our twin room was clean with comfortable beds. Evening meal and breakfast was very good. Bar was atmospheric and had 6 cask beers on tap

We pre booked an evening meal in the restaurant. On arrival at 7:00pm, we were told we that our food would be delayed by up to 90minutes due to an unexpected amount of customers in the bar area. Our waiter was friendly and repeatedly apologised for the delay. The manager also personally apologised and gave us a round of drinks on the house. When our food did arrive it was very good with generous portions.a

Great location. Loved that there was dedicated parking available! The staff were phenomenal and kind, and the pub dinner and next morning’s breakfast were fantastic.

Location very good. The room was clean and comfortable, shower was very good with power to the spray. Poached eggs at breakfast were very good.

The toilet seat, it was loose and moved every time you sat on it, which caused the lid to fall on your back. The toilet roll holder needed attention as it was hanging off the wall. The room was cold, although the outside temperature was warm, not able to put any heating on.
