Ci siamo sentiti accolti e coccolati, i gestori e il personale sono stati cordiali e attenti, facendoci sentire come a casa. La colazione, preparata con prodotti genuini e locali, è stata deliziosa. We had the big room with the terrace - it was spacious, clean and had a lovely view. The breakfast was good and the lady preparing it was wonderful.
I have to say I had high expectations because of all the positive reviews about the family atmosphere and the informative winery experience. I chose this place specifically because of this for my birthday - I've wanted to spend the day listening to stories and drinking wine. But, as we arrived late, we only talked to Valentina for a short while and didn't discuss how the next day was gonna look. I tried contacting her the next day but I didn't really get any information and while we were in the winery, it seemed like all the workers were busy with some other groups. In the end, we got the wine tasting, but it was very rushed and uncomfortable - for us as well as the person leading it (this person obviously doesn't usually handle wine tastings). Nobody really took any interest in us and in the end, we felt quite unwelcome. For me this was very disappointing, because I didn't come here for the bed and breakfast. If only someone talked to us for five minutes that day or even sent us some information/explanation online, the whole situation wouldn't be so upsetting. Sadly, this was not the case.
