Having the sea 20m away from your balcony across a meadow is always for me a top priority. The place feels laid back, serene and away from the hustle of the world. It 5-8min away by foot from a few restaurants, bars and a shop. The beach is sandy, secluded and not deep, making it ideal for children. A 3-5 min walk on the sand and you can reach two boat rentals and a wonderful beach cafe with sunbeds (not that you need it that much).
Nothing major really. Just recommendations: pillows can be more comfy, a little bit more color and cheer in the room won't hurt and changing the wardrobe location or size (it impedes the hallway).

The room had a double and single bed. Madam Efi help us getting an extra bed for our second child by paying 10 Euro per day, which was usually not a regular service. We loved the location, the beach, barbeque area. Sufficient kitchen utilities and mosquito propeller are provided. Sheets, bed lined, and towels are very clean. We also loved the garden and free parking lot under the trees.
Poor wifi inside the room. Better wifi in the garden but you need to prepare for mosquitos. The bed mattresses are too old and noisy, it needs some investment.

The proximity to the beach, and the very large garden
Unfortunately the entire house, sheets, bathroom towels smell like cigarette.
The owners are very heavy smokers (you will notice this if you go and pay by card in their room) and I believe they wash the sheets and towels in their house thus the transferred smell. Unfortunately I could not use any of the towels.
Also for wifi, you have to go the landlord's room and ask for the password separately - which I find award ?! Just leave it in each of the rooms on a table somewhere.
