Superb

Clean and warm place with everything you need.

I would have had some cheap coffee and maybe a box of UHT milk and a couple granola bars for the morning after a guest arrives. I ended up bringing my own instant yucky coffee just in case the place had none and I left some behind for the next guest after I bought some delicious Illy coffee for the espresso pot. Arriving late at night and not knowing what type of coffee machine is available makes buying ahead of your trip not possible. Also provide more than 3 toilet rolls for 2 guests for 7 nights. I bought more so no big deal but why not provide more than you need? Same goes for garbage bags. Only 1 was provided for 1 week and then a message to take out the garbage rather than have the cleaner do it.... but not enough bags provided... Also give guests the knowledge on how to get into the place a few days before arrival in case they don't get your message on a foreign phone the day of arrival especially when arriving late at not like we did.... why not just tell the guest the room number and the key will be in the door a few days in advance to avoid the problem? I loved staying there but these are just simple things to make it even better for guests.

Noisy people in the other apartments. Especially at night. Some nights we woke up from people (east European origin) that had arguments amongst eachother or had taken a bit too many drinks.

Location was very nice, bit on the side, so it was very quiet. Good parking in front of entrance to the apartment. Apartment was specious and well equipped.

Outside recreation area at this stage was not usable as there was still a lot of snow, so no space for kids to play outside. The only thing that was really bad was the spring in the beds that were uneven. you could literally fall of the bed, which happened to our kid on the first night, because the whole in the middle of the bed on the edge of the bed. Sofa in the living room was ok.

Exceptional

Excellent choice for skiing on Mottolino slopes, five minutes drive to the ski lift. Extremely kind staff, they also can arrange ski pass at a very decent price. Very clean and comfortable studio. Free and safe private parking on site.

Superb

It was my second time at this place. The owners are very kind and helpful. The apartment is nice, good size, comfortable and good value. There is also a room available to leave bikes, skis, etc. It is located on the outskirts of Trepalle village, but with a car the location is quite convenient, few minutes to ski lifts and 10km to Livigno.

Soggiorno piacevole con piccoli aspetti da migliorare 👍🏻🤗

Abbiamo soggiornato al Bait del Pont a Livigno e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La posizione è comoda e tranquilla, la struttura caratteristica e accogliente, ideale per chi vuole vivere l’atmosfera di montagna in pieno relax.

Unico aspetto migliorabile riguarda il riscaldamento, che con un solo termosifone nel bagno faceva un po’ fatica a scaldare tutta la casa, e l’acqua calda che tendeva a terminare velocemente (forse condivisa con altre unità). Inoltre, le prese di corrente erano poche e non sempre in posizioni pratiche, soprattutto vicino ai letti. Nel complesso però l’esperienza è stata positiva e il soggiorno piacevole: con qualche piccola miglioria potrebbe diventare davvero perfetto!

Non vedo l'ora di tornarci!!!

La posizione è ideale per famiglie e bambini, lontano dal traffico e vicino una piccolissima azienda casearia dove poter prendere uova e formaggio fresco ogni giorno, vicino al fiume ci sono giochi per bambini e un area attrezzata per le grigliate, ristorantini tipici raggiungibili anche a piedi. Un parcheggio privato grande di fronte l'abitazione e diversi percorsi di trekking da fare anche con i più piccini. L'appartamento è confortevole pulitissimo, caldo e silenzioso , la cucina attrezzata di tutto l'occorrente. I proprietari sono cordiali simpatici e disponibili, ci si sente subito a casa

Celkově super volba!

Nádherné, klidné místo bez jakéhokoliv hluku v nočních hodinách. Možnost výletů pěšky i na kole bez nutnosti přesouvat se autem. Výborná restaurace La Pernica několik metrů od apartmánu. Příjemný a vstřícný majitel.

Malá lednice s ulomenou poličkou na dvířkách a špatně regulovatelná teplota vody ve sprše. Ale to nic nemění na celkovém ratingu ubytování.

Consigliatissimo!

Appartamento in posizione tranquilla, dotato di tutto il necessario, asciugacapelli, asciugamani, stoviglie, moka, bollitori, dispencer saponi e crema. Posizione strategica a 10 minuti da Livigno e di comodo accesso alle piste da sci del Passo Eira così come alle partenze per ciaspolate/escursioni. Consigliatissimo!
