What a location! - on the front with a sea view over the road! A short walk to the busier, end of town and a nice walk round the bay in the other direction for beautiful beaches with public areas. There is parking at the property. Property looks a bit unloved from the rear on approach but when you enter its absolutely fine. Good aircon, separate sitting room. plenty of space. Rovinj is stunning, we would happily return here.
There is a lively bar quite nearby so a little noise at night but it didnt go on too late. There are roadworks in the town and we had to ring to get a route in but the owners son kindly came out and guided us in via a one way system. A few little tweaks needed, the blind in the sitting room was jammed/broken and needed fixing. Nothing major and I am sure the owner will resolve it. She was away and her Son was taking care of things.
