Amazing location with direct view on the sea and the old town. The apartment is directly on the port and close to restaurants, shops. Everything is walking distance.
Kitchen is a bit small if someone wants to cook.

The view on the old city and the church on top of the mountain is incredible, like a painting. Location is very centered in the heart of Rovinj. Clear recommendation! Windows very nicely noice canceling. Free Parking spot was 12 min walk, but also worked fine.
The kitchen is not so large and there is no dish washer and no washing machine. But was ok for a week. They could add a sofa in the living room. Communication with the owner could be a bit better, but was ok.
