The perfect accommodation in the heart of Rovinj.

Super helpful hosts. Spotlessly clean. Lovely decor. Location was perfect. Communication with hosts was efficient and speedy.

Noise at night due to the cobbled streets and busy with people but a small price to pay for the wonderful location.

I recommend it wholeheartedly.

The accommodation is located on one of the main pedestrian and shopping streets of Rovinj, in a prime location in the heart of the old town. The hosts were waiting for us, helped us with our luggage and were very kind and helpful during our stay. Based on their prior email information and suggestions, the otherwise difficult parking went smoothly. I can only say the best about the accommodation, renovated, very sophisticated and well equipped. It should be noted that the apartment is on the second floor, with steep stairs leading up, which is a characteristic of Rovinj apartments. The hosts maximized safety, with built-in wooden stairs, railings and stair carpets, they made the use of the stairs safe. The windows are very well soundproofed, ensuring silence during the nights with usage of air-conditioner. Everything was clean and beautiful. Thank you for their hospitality. I recommend it to everyone.

In colorful centrum of Rovinj with super friendly owners

We loved our stay at Carera 42 Rovinj. Owners we very helpful and welcoming. Appartment is in the old town part in the middle of Rovinj, great base for Rovinj and surroundings. Its newly renovovated and fully equipped with all necessary staff. Very charming shared terrace is great place for breakfast and dinner. Owners invited us for a fresh fish and all Stay was just relaxing as vacation should be.

Amazing!!

The apartment was very very nice, clean and well equipped. Both bedrooms had their own air conditions, and bed were very comfortable. There was a lot of different hangers for drying out swim suits and towels. There was everything we needed in the kitchen. The shared terrace is amazing, with a little kitchen, appliances even spices, oils and other things that come in handy while cooking. The location is great, right in the city center, and even though it’s noisy outside, it is nice and quiet inside the apartment. The hosts were amazing, they gave us a very warm welcome (there are a lot of stairs, and they offered to bring up our luggage, and even offered to bring it down when we were leaving), they gave us wine when we arrived, they even invited us and other guests for a home cooked dinner on the terrace with fresh cooked fish. They always asked if we had everything we needed, offered to change our towels. Overall they were very nice and made our stay even better. Overall we have nothing to complain about, we had an amazing stay in Rovinj and we can only recommend this apartment!

Great location to explore Rovinj and surroundings (Pula, Brijoni)

The location was excellent! There was a nice shared terrace and in our room the kitchen and bathroom was clean and everything was there. The owner offered us a cart to transport all our luggage, since you cannot reach the appartment by car.

Wonderful stay at Carera 42 Apartments!

The apartment looks exactly like it does in the pictures – recently renovated, very clean, and well-maintained. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, assisting us with our luggage both on arrival and departure. Everything on the terrace, including the kitchen area, is available for guests to use, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely stay here again in the future!

Tolle Auszeit

Die Lage und die Gastgeber waren Top. Die Zimmer sehr sauber. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Terrasse mit Außenküche war das Highlight. Man war direkt in der Altstadt und hatte nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Meer mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Bars.

Die Parkplatzsituation in Rovinj war nicht die aller beste. Es gibt einen Parkplatz etwas weiter weg von dem Apartment. Da kann man kostenlos parken

Tolles Appartement in bester Lage von Rovinj

Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Super Zentral gelegen im Zentrum von Rovinj. Gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältniß. Schön eingerichtete Altbauwohnung mit steiler Treppe aber sehr nettem Vermieter. Der Vermieter hat uns einen kostenlosen Parkplatz in ca. 10 Min Fußweg Entfernung besorgt. Wir waren rundum mehr als zufrieden.

Sehr nette Gastgeberin, saubere Unterkunft und schöne Terrasse. Sehr zentral gelegen.

Es gab nur einen Schlüssel, was es mit einem Baby und dem Kinderwagen erschwert hat, da der Kinderwagen in einem anderen Raum war.

Fräsch och fin lägenhet centralt i fina Rovinj

En fin, fräsch och ren lägenhet, med mycket bra läge på huvudgatan nära gamla stan. Sängarna var sköna, fräscht badrum och köket hade allt man kunde önska. En mysig (delad) terass. Värdinnan var fantastisk, trevlig, hjälpsam och personlig! Vi kommer gärna tillbaka

Om man har problem med att gå i trappor bör man välja något annat, då det är tre trappor för att nå lägenheten - ingen hiss. Funkade bra för oss, och vi fick bärhjälp av värden med väskan.

Un unico aggettivo: 🔝 Consigliatissmo!

Mi fa veramente piacere scrivere questa recensione. Rovigno lo frequentiamo da oltre 10 anni da soli o anche con i miei famigliari. Quest’anno eravamo in 6, quattro adulti e due bambini. Pertanto abbiamo preso in affitto per alcuni giorni il monolocale al primo piano e l’appartamento per 4 persone al terzo piano. Veramente tutto perfetto. La struttura si trova in pieno centro storico, ristrutturata da poco con gusto, attrezzature ed elettrodomestici nuovi, compreso anche la lavastoviglie. A disposizione una stanza al piano terra con lavatrice e asciugatrice e se proprio serve ferro da stiro😉. C’è anche possibilità di avere in uso alcune biciclette. Bellissima la terrazza comune, con vista sul corso Carera, utilizzabile dai tre appartamenti sia per fare colazione che pranzo o stare seduti in relax. Il gestore cura in modo particolare i dettagli: kit di cortesia nei bagni, kit di pronto soccorso, prese per ricarica cellulari , pulizia assoluta e lenzuola ed asciugamani nuovi e abbondanti. Ci siamo trovati talmente bene ed a nostro agio che abbiamo prenotato un’altra settimana in agosto.

Forse va migliorata la ricezione dei canali satellitari, anche se a Rivigno la tv non serve! Le scale, come in tutt’a Rovigno sono ripide ma ben predisposte con tappetini antiscivolo.

Schöner Silvesterurlaub im traumhaften Rovinj!

Tolle, zentrale Lage des Appartments. Schönes Schlafzimmer, gemütliche Betten und modern eingerichtet. Kann womöglich im Sommer laut sein. (Wir waren im Winter vor Ort). Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter!

Treppen waren sehr schmal und supersteil (ist nichts für jeden). Es gab keine Filterkaffeemaschine, lediglich so eine manuelle Metallkanne (italienisch?). Das Bad war schon sehr beengend. Das Appartment ist unserer Meinung nach erst für Kinder ab 6 geeignet.
